For multi-branch businesses
Opening a third branch should not be a penalty for succeeding
Opening a new location should be a commercial decision, not a software negotiation. The Business plan includes three branches, each extra branch is one published price of 49 SAR a month on any plan, and every branch runs from one account. Every Mezan price is on the site before you talk to anyone.
- Per-branch inventory, inter-branch transfers and stock counts per location

- Reports that compare branch performance on the same data
- Published prices, excluding VAT, with nothing to negotiate
- E-invoicing
- Phase 1 and Phase 2
- Point of sale
- Keeps selling offline
- Support
- Free on every plan
What changes when the branches share one system
Every branch has its stock and its till
Independent balances per location, inter-branch transfers and per-branch stock counts — with no export files to reconcile at month-end.
The books close themselves
Every sale, return, discount and cash-drawer variance posts its own entry into the same ledger. Month-end becomes a review rather than a rebuild.
Compare branches on one set of numbers
Profitability, sales and dimension reports compare branches from a single source, instead of three spreadsheets that disagree.
Questions before you expand
How many branches does Mezan support?
Every plan includes branches: 1 on Invoicing, 3 on Business and 5 on Advanced. Beyond that, you add branches one at a time at 49 SAR a month or 490 SAR a year on any plan, so a new location never forces a plan change. The full breakdown is on the pricing page, and we walk through it against your own shape in the first session.
Do the tills keep working if a branch loses internet?
Yes. The POS keeps selling and issuing invoices locally and syncs with your account when the connection returns. It has a native Android app and supports electronic scale barcodes.
What about e-invoicing across branches?
Mezan is integrated with ZATCA’s Fatoora platform and issues e-invoices under both phases, from accounting and from the POS. If you do not know your wave or integration date, use the wave checker on this site.
I already run several branches on another system — can you migrate?
Yes. Our team migrates the chart of accounts, customers, suppliers, items, invoices and opening balances, and hands you a trial account to review before anything is committed.
