You review everything before it is committed
You get a trial account holding the migrated data. You reconcile balances, ageing and stock yourself, and nothing lands on your live account until you say so.
E-invoicing is solved in the same session
Connecting to ZATCA’s Fatoora platform is part of the migration, not a separate project you start a month later.
Before you decide
Do I lose my historical invoices and balances?
No. Historical invoices and customer, supplier and stock balances migrate so your reports and ageing stay continuous. Your statutory obligation to retain e-invoices under ZATCA’s regulation is unchanged.
Which systems do you migrate from?
From the standard export files the accounting systems common in Saudi Arabia produce, plus one tool built specifically for a local system’s data model. Send us an export from yours and we will tell you exactly what moves before you commit to anything.
How long does it take?
It depends on data volume, branch count and the state of your opening balances. We give you a specific estimate after looking at an export from your current system. We do not quote a duration before seeing the data.
Does my business stop while you migrate?
No. You keep working in your current system until you sign off on the migrated copy. We agree a cut-over date with you and you start issuing from Mezan after it.
