Terms of Service


Mezan Technologies Co. LLC, referred to hereinafter as “Mezan", "we", "our", or "us”, this reference also includes all our subsidiaries, products, and services.

In there terms, we refer to any software solution provided by Mezan as the "Products", and any services you get through them as the "Services". These terms apply during your use of any of our Products or Services, either via mezan.sa or any other channels, such as mobile applications, desktop applications, or other forms.

We may need to change these terms from time to time as business or legal requirements change over time. We will notify you of changes to this Terms of Service agreement at least 14 days before the effective date of the changes, usually via a message to the primary email you use to access the service. By using the service past the effective date of the modified terms, you agree to the modified version of this agreement.

Data and Information Confidentiality

During your use of our services, you may store confidential information with Mezan. We implement best practices and take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised individuals from accessing such information. However, if compelled by law or regulations, we may be required to share that information with legal or regulatory authorities.

Pricing, Fees & Payments


Mezan's Products & Services are usually offered:

  • Our pricing generally consists of the subscription to our services and subscription fees that we offered you, which includes invoicing, payment, auto-renewal, and cancelation terms
  • Our pricing plan may vary based on geographical location and other information set forth in our offer details and pricing page.

We reserve the right to update our pricing or offerings at any time. You will be notified of any upcoming changes atleast 30 days before the effective date. Your continued use of the site after the effective date indicates your agreement to the changes. Any applied change will not apply to the same billing period in which it takes effect.

Subscription prices may be inclusive or excluding of transactional taxes where applicable (e.g. VAT and GST), as shown in the pricing plan, depending on your location.

Although we strive to provide all information upfront without any errors, we reserve the right to correct any mistakes that may occur in billing or pricing details in the relevant pages or documents.

Taxes & Other Fees

  • If you reside outside of Saudi Arabia, it is your responsibility to pay all other fees and taxes related with your usage of our services in your jurisdiction where it is expected.
  • We may gather geographic location information in order to determine your location for tax purposes. You're also expected to provide accurate information when prompted for tax residency purposes.

Payments & Recurring Charges

  • We may require you to pay for the services we offer via a credit or debit card, which may be automatically saved in an encrypted form with a trusted third-party payment provider that is PCI compliant.
  • Your saved payment method may be automatically used to renew your subscription to our products or services, upon expiry of your subscription, where indicated, unless your subscription to the service is cancelled.
  • If the automatic renewal fails, your access to the service may be immediately restricted, until the renewal is paid.

Refund Policy

Mezan is provided as a digital service, you may cancel your paid subscription at any time but we will not issue a refund unless it is legally required.

Account Security

Mezan implements industry best practices in authentication & authorization in how users connect to our systems.

Mezan is not liable if any misuse or misconduct of your data occurs due to negligence or malicious behaviour from a user that was granted permission by you, or by a member in your organization.

If you, or Mezan, have reason to believe that your account was compromised, we may restrict access to your account until the issue is resolved.

If at any point proof of identity is required to restore access to an account or organization, we will mainly rely on the primary email used to create that resource, or the billing details used when settling payments with Mezan, as the primary form of identity verification.

Third Party Products & Services

During your use of our services, you may use data, services or products from third party providers, via integrations with Mezan, which may be listed within Mezan's applications or products. Such use of third party provided services is likely subject to additional fees, be aware that Mezan is independant of those providers and is not liable for any unexpected fees or service disruptions with any third party providers.

Third-party products or services are subject to the respective terms and privacy policies set by their providers.

Third party services & products are not endorsed by us, and we're not liable for any misconduct that may occur during your use of other services are not provided by Mezan directly.

When initiating any such integration via Mezan's products or services, the data sharing requirements to implement the integration will be communicated with you as clearly as possible during the integration.

No Compensation

Mezan aims to provide the best possible uptime and reliability standards, by using state of the art technology infrastructure, and data redundancy & backup strategies, to ensure maximum reliability of the services we provide to avoid any possible data loss or corruption.

However, in the unexpected case of data loss, Mezan is not liable and is not required to provide any compensations on losses that are incurred.

Product & Service Updates

We frequently release new updates, modifications and enhancements to our products & services.

Mezan reserves the right to modify or discontinue existing features as business & design requirements evolve over time, however, we'll do our best to ensure your use of our products & services is not disrupted when we do, and your business processes remain in tact.

Users Code of Conduct

As a user of Mezan's products & services, you are expected to:

  • Never undermine the security or integrity of our computing systems or networks.
  • Never use our services in any way that might impair functionality or interfere with other people’s use.
  • Never access the services using credentials that are not created & owned by you directly.
  • Never introduce or upload anything to our services that includes viruses or other malicious code.
  • Never use our services for anything that may violate any law where you or Mezan operate, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Change, copy, adapt, reproduce, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or extract any component of our services.
  • Resell, lease, or supply our services in any way that is not specifically authorized by us.
  • Commit fraud or other illegal acts through our services.
  • Act in a manner that is abusive, harmful, or disrespectful to a Mezan employee, partner, or other Mezan customers.

Violating any of the above leaves you subject to being blocked from using any and all Mezan services, we reserve the right to block or restrict your access at any time at our own discretion and without prior notice.

Mezan reserves the right to report any illegal activities to the appropriate authorities if such violations pose an immediate risk or threat to anyone where you or Mezan operate.

Users Code of Conduct

  • Your subscription continues for the period covered by the subscription fee paid or payable. At the end of each billing period, these terms automatically continue for a further period of the same duration as the previous one, provided you continue to pay the subscription fee in accordance with the applicable pricing at the time.
  • You may choose to terminate your subscription at any time. Your access to the service will continue until the end of your paid billing period, and no refunds would be issued.
  • All applicable subscription costs must be paid up to and including the day of termination.

Termination by Mezan:

Mezan may choose to terminate your subscription at any time by providing you with 30 days notice in advance, and reasonable means to retreive your data. Mezan may also terminate or suspend your subscription or access to all or any data immediately if:

  • you breach any of these terms and do not remedy the breach within 14 days after receiving notice of the breach,
  • you breach any of these terms and the breach cannot be remedied,
  • you fail to pay subscription fees, or
  • you or your business become insolvent, your business goes into liquidation or has a receiver or manager appointed over any of its assets, you become insolvent or make any arrangement with your creditors, or become subject to any similar insolvency event in any jurisdiction where Mezan is required by law or inclined to comply, to be evaluated at our own discretion.

Liability and Indemnity

You Indemnify Us

  • You agree to hold us harmless from any and all losses, costs (including legal costs), expenses, demands, or liability we may incur as a result of or in connection with a third-party claim against us arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or any third-party product.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Our services, as well as other third-party products, are provided to you "as is." We disclaim all guarantees, express or implicit, including implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, subject to the exclusions in section "Exclusion."

Limitation of Liability

Other than liability that we can’t exclude or limit by law, our liability to you in connection with our services or these terms, in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited as follows:

  • We are not liable for any loss of revenue or profit, loss of goodwill, loss of customers, loss of capital, loss of anticipated savings, legal, tax, or accounting compliance issues, reputational damage, loss in connection with any other contract, or any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or special loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of our services
  • In the event that your data is lost or corrupted, our obligation shall be limited to taking reasonable steps to retrieve that data from our backups.
  • In any event, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the total amount you paid us for your membership in the 12 months prior to the date on which the claim giving rise to the liability arose.

Dispute Resolution

  • We will do our best to address any of your concerns when you contact our support team.
  • If we’re unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction (or if we haven’t been able to resolve a dispute we have with you after attempting to do so informally), you and we agree to resolve those disputes through binding arbitration, or within the commercial dispute courts of The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the country where Mezan operates.
  • You and we agree that any dispute must be brought in each party's individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any ostensibly class or representative procedure.

No Professional Advice

Just to be clear, Mezan isn’t a professional services firm of any sort, and isn’t in the business of giving any kind of professional advice. We may provide you with information we think might be useful in running a small business, but this should not be seen as a substitute for professional advice and we aren’t liable for your use of the information in that way.

Events outside our control

We do our best to commit to the service levels we promise. We aren’t liable to you for any failure or delay in performance of any of our obligations under these terms arising out of any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

Export Limitations

You must not use our services in violation of any export or trade embargo laws that apply to you.

Relationship Between The Parties

There is no partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us, or between you and any other user, as a result of these terms and conditions. You are completely responsible for resolving disagreements with other users you interact with during your use of Mezan's products & services.

Enforcement of Terms

If either party is unable to enforce any portion of these terms, that section may be ignored, but everything else will remain enforceable.


Any notice you send to Mezan must be sent to support@mezan.sa. Any notices we send to you will be sent to the email address you’ve provided us through your subscription.
