Planned Features for the Fixed Assets Module not yet Available
The assets module in Mezan is currently a lightweight version of a full fixed asset management system. The following features are planned for the future to make it more complete:
- Asset Disposal: Record the sale or write-off of assets
- Asset Quantities: Track asset quantities, not just values
- Asset Coding Utilities: Generate and manage asset barcodes & labels to facilitate easier physical asset tracking
- Asset Locations: Track asset locations
- Asset Custodians: Track who the asset is assigned to, incase it is assigned to a specific person or department
We don't currently have a timeline for when these features will be available, we will update this page when we do. Please feel free to reach out and share your feedback and suggestions on the assets module.
