  • Products: Define and manage your product catalog with different product types (General Items, Trade Goods, Consumables) to match your business needs.
  • Product Categories: Organize products using a two-level category system with parent categories and subcategories for better organization and reporting.
  • Inventory Stores: Manage multiple inventory locations, each tracking its own stock quantities with detailed movement history.
  • Inventory Stocktakes: Adjust inventory quantities based on physical counts to maintain accurate inventory records. Available for all inventory-tracked product types.
  • Inventory Transfers: Move inventory between different store locations with full tracking of quantities and values. Available for all inventory-tracked product types.
  • Inventory Consumptions: Record internal usage of consumable products with appropriate expense allocation. Available for consumable product types only.
