One ledger, ten very different days

A legal office bills fees against an open matter. A clinic issues a receipt to a patient and a claim to an insurer on the same afternoon. A car showroom sells a unit identified by its chassis number. All of it is accounting, and none of it looks alike. Pick your sector and we will speak its language.

  • Ten sectors, each with its own page and its own documents
  • ZATCA e-invoicing, both phases, in every one of them
  • One platform: accounting, inventory, POS, HR and payments
  • Arabic support, free on every plan

In common

What you get whatever you do

Sectors differ in how they operate. The foundation underneath is the same one — and it is not sold to you in pieces.

Real accounting, not an invoicing front end

A chart of accounts, journals, inventory, assets, purchasing, reports and dimensions that split your numbers by client, project or branch. Invoicing is the output of all that, not a substitute for it.

E-invoicing, ready

Invoices compliant with both ZATCA phases, from the accounting system and the point of sale alike, integrated with the Fatoora platform.

HR and payroll

In most of these sectors payroll is the largest line in the cost base — from the school to the workshop. Salaries, leave, attendance and loans on the same platform.

Taking payment

SoftPOS tap-to-phone and online payments — Apple Pay, Google Pay, mada, Visa and Mastercard — posting straight to the ledger.

Nour AI

Supplier invoices and documents read by computer vision instead of keyed in, and agents that take the repetitive work off your books.

A Saudi company, Arabic support

The team building the software is in Riyadh, and support is free on every plan rather than an add-on with a price on it.

Frequently asked

My sector is not on the list. Does Mezan still fit?

Usually, yes. These ten have dedicated pages because they are the ones we are asked about most, but the foundation — accounting, inventory, e-invoicing, purchasing, reporting and HR — is the same for any commercial business in the Kingdom. Request a demo, tell us what you do, and we will walk the path on your own data.

Is the price different per sector?

No. Pricing is single and published, and quoted excluding VAT, which is the Saudi B2B convention. What differs by sector is which products you actually need — a car showroom needs POS for the parts counter, a legal office does not.

Do you support restaurants and cafés?

Mezan runs the accounting, point of sale and e-invoicing for food and beverage businesses today. The delivery and online-ordering sales channels are still in development and have not shipped, which is why there is no dedicated restaurants page here — we do not market what has not launched.
