Mezan Pay
Get the invoice paid without leaving Mezan
Two ways to take money: a tap on your own phone when the customer is in front of you, or a payment link when they are not. Either way the collection closes the invoice in your books by itself.
- SoftPOS, no extra hardware
- Payment links
- mada, Visa and Mastercard
What is inside

-
Tied to the invoice

Two products, depending on where the customer is
The difference between them is not technical, it is positional: is the customer standing in front of you, or are you sending them a request?
SoftPOS — tap to phone
Your phone becomes the terminal. The customer taps a card or a watch against the back of it and the payment is done — nothing to buy, rent or plug in.
- No separate card terminal required
- Suits field sales, delivery, pop-ups and small clinics
- Accepts mada, Visa, Mastercard and digital wallets
- The collection appears against the invoice inside Mezan
Online payments
Send a payment link with the invoice; the customer pays on a hosted checkout by card or wallet, and the payment arrives already attached to its document.
- A payment link per invoice or order
- Hosted checkout with digital wallet support
- Payment attempts and their status are tracked
- Suits recurring invoices and customers in another city
What your customer can pay with

Card and wallet acceptance depends on your business completing and passing merchant onboarding.

Common questions
Do I need a card terminal to accept cards?
Not if you use tap to phone. An NFC-capable phone is enough for the customer to tap their card or wallet and complete the payment.
What is the difference between Mezan Pay and Mezan POS?
POS is the selling screen in the shop: products, invoice, printing. Mezan Pay is taking the money itself — on a phone in person or by link remotely — and it can be used with the point of sale or without it.
Does a payment close the invoice automatically?
Yes. The payment is tied to its document, so the receipt is recorded and the customer balance updates in your books with no manual entry.
How long does activation take?
It depends on how complete your business documents are and how quickly they are reviewed. The whole path runs inside Mezan and you can follow its status.
