For accountants and accounting firms

The accountant usually picks the software. We built Mezan knowing that.

In most Saudi SMBs the external accountant is the person who actually decides which system the books are kept on. This page is not a commission pitch. It is a straight description of what you will find when you open a client’s books in Mezan.

What changes in your working week

Five things you notice in the first month

E-invoicing is not a separate project

Mezan is integrated with ZATCA’s Fatoora platform and issues invoices under Phase 1 and Phase 2, including from the POS. There is no second tool to wire up per client.

Client data migrates instead of being re-keyed

We have migration tooling for other systems, including one built specifically for Qoyod’s data. Our team runs it and you review the result before it is committed.

Dimensions, manual journals, opening balances

Cost centres and reporting dimensions, manual journals, opening balances and transaction notes — the tools someone keeping a real ledger needs, not just an invoice issuer.

Reports that line up with the VAT return

A tax return report, a VAT audit report, account statements and ageing, all built on the same entries that sales and purchase transactions posted automatically.

Free support, from a Saudi team

Support is not tied to a plan and is not sold as an add-on, and WhatsApp is a real channel rather than an exception. When a client’s month-end stalls, you need an answer today.

How the relationship works

No partner programme, and no promises we cannot keep

We do not run a formal partner programme today — no tiers, no certification, no published commission — and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. What we actually do: we talk to you, we set up a trial account on one real client’s data with their consent, we run the migration and the e-invoicing setup with you, and we stay reachable afterwards.

  • A first session to understand your clients and the size of their books
  • A trial account on one client’s data, for you to judge yourself
  • Migration from the client’s current system, run by our team
  • A direct line into the Mezan team for your firm

If you are looking for a specific commercial arrangement — a commission, a directory listing, firm pricing — say so in your request and we will tell you honestly what we can commit to today.

Common questions

Do you have a partner programme for accountants?

Not a formal one with tiers, certification and a published commission. We work with firms directly today. If you have a particular arrangement in mind, say so in your request and we will answer with what we can actually commit to rather than a general promise.

Can I manage more than one client on Mezan?

Yes — each client business has its own account and its own books. How your firm moves between client accounts is something we walk through in the first session, based on the size of your practice and your client count.

Who migrates my client’s data from their current system?

The Mezan team. We take an export from the client’s system and migrate the chart of accounts, customers and suppliers, items, invoices and opening balances, then hand you a trial account to review before anything is committed.

Is Mezan suitable for a client in e-invoicing Phase 2?

Yes. Mezan is integrated with the Fatoora platform and issues invoices under both phases. If you do not know your client’s wave or integration date, use the wave checker on this site.
