Nour — AI inside Mezan
An agent that knows your books, not an assistant that knows everything
Nour works inside your organisation in Mezan: it reads your data, answers questions about it, and creates documents on your behalf when you ask — under exactly the permissions you already hold.
- Three agent types
- Reads documents from an image
- A monthly credit balance
What is inside
-
Three agent types
One for support, one for questions about your data, one that acts in your workspace.
-
Document vision
A photo or file of a supplier invoice becomes lines ready for review.
-
Monthly credits
Usage measured in credits that renew monthly — no surprise on the bill.
-
Inside your permissions
The agent cannot see or create anything you could not.
Ask Nour
Start with a useful prompt, then make it yours
The presets show what Nour can do without turning the agent into a closed menu. Pick a question, then add the details that matter to your organisation.
I organise the overdue balance from your data
Nour orders customers by amount and days overdue, then links back to the original invoices for review — under your own permissions.
Upload the image and let Nour read it
It extracts the vendor, date, line items and amounts into a draft. Review and approval remain with you before anything reaches the books.
Give me the customer and line items
The workspace agent creates the quotation inside Mezan using customers, products and prices you already have permission to access.
Three agent types
Not three names for one thing. Each has different authority, because asking what a customer owes is not the same as posting a journal entry.
-
Support agent
Answers questions about using Mezan: where a setting lives, how a report is produced. It never touches your data.
-
Standard agent
Reads your organisation’s data and answers on it: a branch’s sales last month, which customers are past due, what stock is left.
-
Workspace agent
Acts rather than only answers: creates invoices, quotations, manual journals, customers, vendors, products, accounts and dimensions.
Document vision
The supplier invoice arrives as a photo and enters line by line
The most exhausting part of bookkeeping is not the thinking, it is retyping what is already written down. Nour reads the image or file, extracts the lines and the amounts, and puts them in front of you to check and approve.
- Reads images and document files, not just typed text
- Extracts line items, quantities and amounts as a draft
- Review and approval stay with you before anything is saved
- The original document is kept as an attachment
Where it actually saves time
-
Supplier invoices
Paper in the post and photos on WhatsApp.
-
Expense receipts
Scattered cash spend from the team.
-
Attachments
The original stays attached to the entry.
What it does, and what it does not
In accounting especially, the limits of a tool matter as much as its abilities. Here they are, written down.

What level of Nour access each plan includes is published on the pricing page.

Common questions
Can Nour reach data belonging to other organisations?
No. The agent works inside your organisation and under the permissions of the user running it, and cannot see what you cannot.
Will Nour post entries without my approval?
The workspace agent creates documents when you ask it to, and review and approval stay with you. The other two agents create nothing at all.
How is usage measured?
In credits. Each organisation has a monthly balance that renews, advanced licence users have a higher one, and what each plan includes is published on the pricing page.
Does Nour read Arabic invoices?
Yes. Document reading works on Arabic and English documents, and the output is shown to you as a draft before anything is saved.
