Common questions
Do I need every product from day one?
No. Start with Mezan Core and switch the rest on as you need them. There is nothing to install and no data to migrate — they run inside the organisation you already have.
Is Mezan compliant with ZATCA e-invoicing?
Yes. Mezan supports both Phase 2 flows: reporting for simplified invoices and clearance for standard tax invoices, with device onboarding, invoice signing and QR codes — at the till as well as in the back office.
Can I bring my data across from my current system?
Yes. Opening balances, chart of accounts, customers, vendors and products can all be loaded, and there is a dedicated migration path for businesses coming from Qoyod. Ask for a demo and we will look at your data with you first.
How are the additional products priced?
The products are distributed across the Mezan plans, and some are available as add-ons. What each plan includes is published on the pricing page.
